Withdrawal form

If you wish to withdraw from a contract with us, you can use this form. We receive your notice and immediately email an acknowledgement to the address you provide. Keep that email as proof.

When withdrawal is available

For photography on a specific date or within a specific period, including weddings and scheduled shoots, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Article 6:230p(2) of the Dutch Civil Code exempts leisure activities at a specified time. See Article 6 of our terms. If you need to change a booked date, see Articles 7 and 8 on rescheduling and cancellation. We look for a new date first; if the wedding is cancelled, only the deposit remains due.

Withdrawal may apply to services outside that exception, such as a shoot without a fixed date booked remotely by a consumer. The period is then 14 days.

You may instead email mail@rfotografie.com or write to R Fotografie, Rode Ring 49 N, 1566 HR Assendelft, the Netherlands. That is equally valid. Your own wording is sufficient if it makes clear which contract you are withdrawing from.
