We are Romy van Leeuwen and Rolf Kühr, a Netherlands-based duo. We photograph every wedding together for the six, eight or ten hours you book. Both of us are included in every package, with no second-photographer add-on.
Planning your wedding from abroad?
We plan with you in English and can speak Dutch with your venue. Tell us what you know so far: a season and a region are enough to start the conversation.
Rolf grew up in Italy, speaks Italian, Dutch and English, and studied at the Netherlands Film Academy in Amsterdam. Romy studied at the Fotovakschool in Amsterdam and has photographed weddings since 2016. Her work has appeared in vtwonen and Flair; she also spent two years photographing well-known Dutch faces in a Haarlem studio.

Based in Uitgeest. Available across the Netherlands.
We start in Uitgeest, north of Amsterdam, and work across the Netherlands. Tell us your venue or region; we will work out travel in your proposal.

The things you actually asked.
What you get
- Six, eight or ten hours with both photographers; at least 300, 450 or 600 edited images respectively.
- A first preview within three days and the full gallery within ten weeks.
- Full-resolution files with print rights, lighter web copies and an included album.
- An online gallery for six months with Basis, or one year with Favoriet and Luxe.
Language and paperwork
We plan and communicate in English. Your municipality handles the legal requirements for marrying in the Netherlands. We can coordinate the photography schedule with your venue in Dutch.
Travel
Within the Netherlands, travel is included for up to 20 km one way from Uitgeest. Beyond that it is € 0.39 per kilometre, calculated in advance in your proposal. For Italy, the same photography packages apply; we add two return flights and one shared hotel room. A second room is added only if a different second photographer travels with us. We quote travel to other countries in advance.
Booking
A deposit of € 500 secures your date. We send the final invoice no later than one week before the wedding; payment is due no later than the wedding day. We send the terms with your proposal.

Extra hours are for both photographers together and can be booked in advance at the rate shown, through hour twelve. Two extra hours with Favoriet total € 2,949; Luxe covers ten hours for € 100 less and includes a larger album. From hour thirteen the rate is € 300 per hour. Unplanned overrun on the day costs € 75 per started quarter hour. We put the planned hours and rate in your proposal. See Terms Article 5. Prices include Dutch VAT. Within the Netherlands, travel up to 20 km one way from Uitgeest is included; beyond that we charge € 0.39 per kilometre, calculated in advance and written into the proposal.
